Yin glorious Yin

Part of the original Hatha Yoga tradition, Yin Yoga combines the influence of Indian Yoga with Chinese Daoist practices and Western science to improve our health on many levels.  A slow paced meditative practice that allows you to explore long deep stretching within the muscles and fascia (connective tissues) of the body. Improving flexibility, joint mobility, finding release and space in the hips, pelvis and spine whilst achieving stillness of the mind. The perfect antidote to stressful busy lifestyles and a recommended addition to compliment your yang yoga practice. The practice of Yin Yoga is a restorative journey to understanding your body on a deeper level. 

Vinyasa Flow

In this class I invite you to tune into your breath, to move with it and explore energy within. Although this is a flow class there is an emphasis on alignment and the exploration of your edges. Practiced to music, this is the perfect class to build strength and flexibility and find a sense of calm in the mind.
