Yin Yoga Teacher Training 2026

Step out of the noise and into the silence.

In a world that prizes constant movement, the ability to be still is a superpower. Whether you are a teacher looking to add a new modality to your toolkit or a dedicated practitioner ready to deepen your personal practice, our 4-Day Yin Yoga Immersion is your invitation to take the next step in your journey.

We often think of "taking the next step" as a forward motion - a push, a climb, or a new achievement. But in the world of Yin, the next step is often a step back. It will be a step out of the noise and into the silence; a step away from doing and into being.

During this four-day immersion, you will embark on a dual journey. You will refine your skills as a guide, coming to understand the intricate dance of fascia and bone, and learning how to hold space for others with integrity. But before you can hold space for them, you will learn to truly inhabit the space within yourself.

Yin Yoga is not about using the body to get into a pose; it is about using the pose to get into the body. This training will be your invitation to go deeper into those quiet corners of your own practice. Together, we will explore the philosophy of the Tao, the science of our connective tissues, and the profound power of stillness.

As you transition from student to teacher - or from teacher to specialist - you will discover that your greatest tool isn't a manual or a script. It is your presence.

These four days will be a gift you give to yourself and, eventually, to every student who will ever step onto a mat in your class. We invite you to join us at The Holistic Haven to honour the stillness and begin this transformative journey.
