3.00pm– 4.15pm Crystal Sound Bath with Verity Megan. Sonic therapy is the use of sound, vibration and resonance as a healing modality through Alchemy Crystal singing bowls. When we receive the frequency of the bowls, the body releases tension, the mind lets go of thinking and emotions wash away, to move into harmony with the truest aspect of ourselves.

It invites a sense of receptivity which can only be found in deep rest, and it is from this place that we begin to heal; to feel our inner resonance and move from imbalance and unease to experience inner peace and contentment.

4.20pm - Closing of the day. Have some delicious Raw Vegan Cake and a glass of Boucha Kombucha whilst checking out the goodie bags.

Get ready to enjoy beautiful seasonal cuisine by a wonderful chef who really know her stuff. Relax and relish in all the tastes whilst knowing it’s good for your body. Our menu is vegetarian with vegan option available.

Meet the Team

Sarah Alice Lee

I’ve been practicing yoga since I was a teenager and have been teaching since 2015. After experiencing two major earthquakes and thousands of aftershocks when I lived in Christchurch New Zealand my nervous system was a mess. It was yoga that bought me back to from being a zombie in survival mode to living a full life again. After that I knew I wanted to teach and share how this practice has the ability to balance both the body and the mind.

My vinyasa style is playful and strong and suited for all levels. My sequences are inspired by my Blissology training where connecting to nature and finding joy in movement to a some awesome playlists are paramount.

I do have a more serious zen side that you will see with my Yin classes. I love to geek out on anatomy, and guide this practice from both an eastern and western medicine approach.

I will be hosting the retreat days.

Jackie Walls -Private Chef to Sport Stars

Jackie is the founder of ‘Miss Walls Food’ - A Vegan Vegetarian Catering Company and Cookery School setting new standards for vegan and vegetarian food in a world seeking flavour, nutrition, beautiful plates, kindness to our environment, each other and animals everywhere.

‘Ever since my father taught me as a child how to grow and tend vegetables in our kitchen garden, I have loved everything about plant powered food. I am inspired everyday in Miss Walls Food whether I am menu planning for my pop-up Supper and Breakfast Clubs, cooking for my international sports star clients; catering for private or corporate events and weddings; running my cookery workshops and country retreats. I love the natural colours, tastes, versatility and beauty of fresh, vegetables, herbs and spices.

My vegan and vegetarian cooking is a combination of skilled cookery and beautiful presentation so people are drawn to the taste and look of my dishes, forgetting all the noise we often hear around the politics of veganism or the sad monastic presentation of vegan food as a 'worthy' endeavour rather than gastronomic experience. I love how veganism adds so much to our personal health and wellbeing, taking nothing away from us or our natural world.

The mission in all my cooking, catering, cookbooks, workshops and retreats is to inspire, delight, surprise and nourish my 'foodies' with dishes I create with ingenuity, kindness, taste and serve with love.’

I have always interested in the human mind and body and how they work together.  After many years practicing yoga I took the step to become a yoga teacher, training initially in Brighton and then further afield in Morocco and India.   My interest in eastern medicine led me to acupuncture initially as a patient and this motivated me to qualify as an acupuncturist.  In addition to general acupuncture, I am also qualified in facial acupuncture as a cosmetic as well as rejuvenating treatment and in non-penetrative Japanese acupuncture

Verity Megan

Verity Megan shares her passions for Yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Therapy and Mindful Living.

Deeply inspired by the natural world, Verity's personal practice has been a homecoming; returning home to self and attuning to the rhythms of nature, to live consciously and in harmony with the world around. This journey opened up an experiential pathway to embody consciousness and unlock the innate healing abilities we each have within.

She has always had a fascination for sound with sensitivity to audible frequencies and vibration. Through the depths of challenge, Verity used Mantra as a potent tool to shift energy and release stale beliefs, to experience the spark of life and a sense of joy. But it wasn't until she integrated the Crystal Sonic practice that she unlocked the potency and power of sound transmission.

Sonic therapy is the use of sound, vibration and resonance as a healing modality via the alchemy crystal singing bowls. When we receive the sounds of the bowls, the body releases tension, the mind lets go of thinking and emotions wash away, to move into harmony with the truest aspect of ourselves. It allows a sense of receptivity which can only be found in deep rest; it is in this space we begin to heal, to feel our inner resonance and move from imbalance and unease to experience inner peace and harmony.'
